Items shipped from Malik Al Prestige can be returned or refunded as per the below policies

1. You can return items up to 14 days after the delivery date.
2. items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
3. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
4. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
5. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be refunded at the discretion of partially.
6. If you selected self-shipping option, eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method and we will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction of shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).
7. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, we may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with our general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
8. You can return items that were originally part of the promotion, but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the item you are returning is part of a “buy two, get one free” deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.
9. Return of items can take up to one  or two week for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our warehouse/logistic, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return.
10. The Management reserves the right to amend or update this policy without any prior notice
11. After the return is processed, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method you chose. The amount will be refunded in Kuwaiti  Dinar  (Kwd), and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued.
